Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping rates: 

Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days Delivery Time Frame 
Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days Delivery Time Frame 

Local delivery

Local same day delivery is available for orders within Sydney Metro for a fee. 

Deliveries are made from 8am on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Other wise, standard flat rate shipping and express is available nationwide. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping is calculated on check out.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dailyshake.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Courier Delays & Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated processing timeframes, once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control and are subject to the courier’s operations, transit schedules, and unforeseen delays.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Daily Shake is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel is in transit.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers do not ship to PO BOXES, please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address.
EG Same day shipping is not available to PO BOXES.

Refund and Returns Policy

Daily Shake does not refund or exchange our products. Orders lodged by phone or through our website cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
