Start with the directions on your sachet. The current Daily Greens trial-pack directions are to mix one 6.5 g sachet into 300–500 ml of water, stir and enjoy immediately. If powder is clumping, check the order you add it and whether you are using the directed amount of water.
A practical mixing sequence
- Check the sachet. Confirm the serving size, water quantity and warnings on your current pack.
- Add the water first. Use the quantity directed on the sachet in a clean glass or mixing container.
- Add the powder gradually. Stir while adding it, rather than tipping the entire sachet into an empty glass.
- Keep stirring. Check the base and sides for pockets of dry powder and break up any visible clumps with your spoon.
- Enjoy immediately. Follow the product directions rather than leaving the prepared drink for later.
Adding powder gradually is a practical mixing suggestion, not a guarantee that every glass will have the same texture.
What should I check if it is still lumpy?
- Water quantity: check you have used the amount directed on the sachet. Too little liquid makes it harder to disperse powder.
- Dry powder at the bottom: stir through the base and sides, not just the surface.
- Powder added all at once: try adding it gradually to the water while stirring next time.
- Storage: the current product instructions say to keep unopened sachets in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Follow the pack's storage instructions.
If an unopened sachet appears damaged or the product seems unusual, contact us before using it. Keep the sachet and batch details so the issue can be checked.
